J-Pop Go will be providing DJ duties for the Saturday night portion of the forthcoming LONDON ANIME CON.
Joining J-Pop Go will be DJ, remixer and producer JAKAZiD. Working in the Happy Hardcore genre, JAKAZiD has enjoyed DJ slots in Japan, the US and Europe. He’s the creator of viral video remix hit ‘Calm Down Dear’ and remixed Japanese DJ Evil’s underground hit ‘Sweet’ under Luna-C’s Kniteforce Again label.
Meanwhile, DJ genkiboi and DJ Tasukidaisuki will also be performing bringing a variety of J-Pop, Idol Music, Vocaloid, Anime Tunes and a splash of K-Pop to keep the evening going (Saturday 8pm – 11pm).
Other treats for the LAC weekend include live performances from Of Fire and Fate, Suffering Silence and 3-piece rock act The Kut and Momoiro Otome Ensemble (M.O.E). From Germany, cosplayer and performer HIMEZAWA will also be showing her talents on Saturday afternoon.
Among the additional guests attending over the weekend will be illustrator and manga artist (and occasional J-Pop Go guest) SONIA LEONG who will be providing manga workshops for attendees. More Inside »
