MTV and Coca-Cola Japan have arranged a special performance by MILIYAH KATO tonight at London venue Koko.
The performance, which is also being filmed by MTV, will feature Miliyah performing a range of her songs, including new release Heart Beat. The show is being billed as free entry with doors open at 6pm and show starting at 7pm. However, there is a little confusion on the entry procedure as it’s also being billed as ‘invite only’. J-Pop Go has asked for clarification on this issue but has yet to receive a response. Please bear this in mind if traveling down for the show (we will update with more details if we receive them).
Update: Neither MTV or Koko responded prior to the performance today to clarify the issue. A third party has stated that attendees needed to have a copy of the flyer to gain entry.
Heart Beat, which has been produced by m-flo’s Taku, is being used as Coca-Cola’s song for their Olympic campaign in Japan and follows on from Miliyah’s last single Aiaiai released in June. Heart Beat will be out on 8th August.
